The GLOW 1992: Side Story, Bunny and Frank

Roberto Bisceglie (Loreseed Workshop) has just released Solo TTRPG Notation, a style guide for journaling your own solo adventures in a consistent way. To try it out myself, I decided to do a quick "side story" in the The GLOW 1992 continuity. Bunny and Frank are tasked to tail Maria and end up caught up in the violence at the bonfire.

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 6 - Bonfire

Upton is about to call his family when his family shows up to find him. Elsewhere, Billy and Jayson quickly realize just how dangerous the game is and how evil some players are going to be. And still elsewhere, Johnny and Lanette are in over their heads. Like always, only much worse.

The GLOW 1992: Side Story, Berg & Erzse

Berg and Erzse are part of the Ancient Terranauts. A week before the events of Johnny Blue vs the Kid, they are tasked to carry out an interruption on the firework show at Gaston. Only there are wheels within wheels. Maria Salas, aka "Madame Sinister," has a mission for them. All three are moving to what feels like certain doom.

The Bleak + The Pearl, Intermission 8a: Leveling Up (again)

The first part of a two part intermission setting up the next steps for Gryffin's "Lighthouse 6" [which is currently 7]. Building up Bernark into a level 1 character followed by leveling up the rest of the party.

The Bleak and The Pearl, Part 26: Facing Tough Choices.

Gryffin must lead his team to confront a group of Nords who have stolen the mantle. However, doing so will almost definitely lead to bloodshed. Is he willing to fight others for this prize? Is he willing to risk the safety of his followers?

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 5 - The Kid by Moonlight

As Billy and Upton's group realize that Lanette is missing, they receive an unexpected knock on the door. Elsewhere, Johnny and Lanette need to find safety. Only the Kid is not yet done playing games. Both groups are starting to figure out the enormity of their respective tasks, but neither side is backing down.

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 4 - Celebrations [Tricubes] [Mythic] [Dixit]

Johnny has escaped the cultists, for now, and follows a cryptic message about "Hamburger Helper" to meeting up with Tanya Green. The two are going to the Fourth of July celebrations. Only they are not alone. Lanette is also at the park. As is a eco-terrorist group. And Upton Reece's family. And a strange pale creature who is seeming to take an interest in Johnny's actions.

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 3 - The Candlestick Quartet and the Cartier Cultists ["Enhanced" Recap]

Johnny has been captured and must find a way to free himself. Elsewhere, the four young adults from the Candlestick Farm are beginning to search for the Forked Tongue. What lengths are they willing to go and how much will they be able to live with their decision to save The GLOW?

The words "lost and found" are carved by a kid into the wood of a playground.

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 2 - Learning to Hate the Locals ["Enhanced" Recap]

Johnny arrives in Arbuck and meets Maria "Madame Sinister" Salas. He also meets a rather unsavory local going by "Cash." Somewhere between these two people is the truth he seeks but it's immediately obvious things are going unwell. Things are afoot in Arbuck, and Johnny has been sent into a trap.

The GLOW 1992: Agent Johnny Blue vs The Kid, Part 1 - Things Head South Quite Quickly ["Enhanced" Recap]

Finley "Farsight" Estevan has gone rogue. Senior Agent Scooter "Wisteria" Johnson has contacted Johnny outside of official channels and sent him on a mission. The mission? Find Farsight and find out why he has seemingly gone against the Order. The Order's best liar versus the Order's best truth-seeker. Thus begins the story of Johnny Blue's worst case ever.
