These are the primary campaigns broken down largely into the world/universe they are played in. The distinction gets fuzzy in some of these due to campaign arcs potentially changing in flavor, mechanics, and often in characters – but work with me.

Alabama Weird: The least cohesive campaign in that it varies wildly in locations, themes, and even reality (though respecting a few key aspects). Played with lots of systems. Some horror, mystery, weird, slice of life, and action stuff has showed up here over time.

Bleak + Pearl: On the flipside of the Weird, The Bleak + The Pearl is probably the most cohesive campaign. Set in a world where strange and ancient magics alter and reshape reality and the people who live within it, it is at its heart a story about people risking their very being to try and take back what was once lost. Played with Shadowdark and Solodark.

The GLOW: In the 1950s, a revolutionary new process caused the area around the Gulf of Mexico to become an unexpected power house. Now, decades later, the people who live in “The GLOW” have strange powers and technology awakened as Soulburn – the aftermath of the Lamarkian Process – causes the night to be lit by a perpetual glow. Played with Tricube Tales, Outgunned, and possibly other systems by time you read this.

Ick + Humb: An island kingdom that was never all that important is in tatters and most people simply cannot be bothered to care. Groups of heroes and anti-heroes travel Phillia in search of adventure. Or for money. Quite often for money. Played with Advanced Fighting Fantasy overall. Backed by Mythic.

The photo used in this post is “Ice Bubble Frost” by Rihaij and was the first bit of stock art used on the first actual play post [another photo by Rihaij was used on the hello-world, intro post [which was written, technically, after the first post was played and laid out]. I just wanted to commemorate that, back when roughly 90% of the art of the blog was frozen bubbles.

For reasons.
